Where can i download this Patch patcher_1307330_1307331.exe which Launcher cant update it because it fails at middle of downloading.

Need to add gem coin 5, hammer + 14, + 15 and some NPC to exchange adom to change pvp sever and i think so much member join this sever

Server needs to be restarted because many of players have login problems.
Also marketplace misses some items and i hope it will be updated.

Is there anyone who knows how to get Kirin's Radiance Relic material for upgrade it?I mean i upgraded Turtle relic but for white tiger and scarlet phoenix relic material dont drop from boss area.
I tested all realm in every time before server reset and after that,before boss and after killing it but all mobs dropping titan pearl instead.
