I have to say that without snow shield the int chars are gonna have a very bad time when more than 1 pt monsters are on them. So that one you gotta fix somehow I guess. Correct me if I were wrong about that.

I am not experienced in low cap but I also believe in PvP they will have a hard time tanking STRs. So what I believe is, there'll be lots of STRs with ARMOR and that'll cause endless PvP. Nerfed Snow Shield should be added.

You little twinkie read a bit backward and you will see that they could not disable pt mobs yet. Your suggestion is correct but there will be some non 60 cap features what they can not edit because of the hardcoded things...
