No you can't use it in PH, if you want to, download the source code and edit it for PH.

Here's how for dummies!!!peace!!!
Open Cabal Breaker
After it patch open Ascabal
The right click on cabal Breaker click patch game client
Then follow the steps dude told you!!!

just have 1 problem...but big one...when i start game and log onn cant minimize the game cuz it crushes...so i cant patch the game after i log inn

Try and change your client, if u get Blue Screen its OS related btw.

this is not workin in Win 7 ...
