Hey man, I understand your concern, however, the reason why I get to send as a gift to family and friends is for two reasons.
Firstly, it means neither buyer or seller has to pay a fee. Secondly, it's a very common scam for people to abuse the chargeback feature, so requesting for it to be sent as a gift to family/friends, prevents that.

If you're concerned about getting scammed, that is always a good thing on here. However, please note that 95% of my customers send as a gift to family and friends and all of them have received their CPs in full. I've done over 100 trades now on elitepvp, with the majority of them being CP sales where I have I held up to 10 bulks for an individual. So, please keep in mind my reputation on here is very solid. If you have any more concerns, you're more than welcome to contact me on Skype and message any of my clients on this thread or in my trade history, I'm 100% confident they will vouch for my legitimacy as a seller and reliability at handling your money and CPs.
