when i click launch what do i have to locate?

You have to locate the PWO.exe in you installation directory. It should be in Program Files/Pokemon World Online/

i dont see Pokemon World Online in any of my program files folder :|

Are you sure you have the game? lol..

lol the game is on my desktop?

Right click on the shortcut to pokemon world online and go to properties it should say something like "C:\Program Files\Pokemon World Online\PWO.exe" that is the exe you need to locate.
