well the gms say they didnt change the alchemy,but there is someting wrong,the success over +6 is 1/100,before the srv restart was way easyer,so someting is not right there

Too bad one of the GMs has no idea about events and just recalls whole guilds without asking a single question, then says "It's the point of this event hurrr, if you don't want to participate, you can leave". Yeah, very intelligent. Cuz why would you ask anyone before you force a recall, nobody does that.
