[Collection Thread] I'm searching for a dev/team

Hi folks!

I am looking for someone to set up 7.2 (or 7.4) for me and a few friends with free HV and inflated drop- and successrates. It will just ba a chill AFK farmer for local players.
I have an old Win10 PC only for this porpose, but I have no clue where to start so I am willing to pay someone of you to juat do it for me.

I'm currently writing a Gameserver in C# for Rappelz 7.2 with the goal to reimplement pieces of the game again, as it should be. I'm currently looking for people whom are familiar with Rappelz Development and OR C#.
