Mastery bug, no summoner cool downs

Guys.. i found 4 Adresses of Masermind.

0984E5A4
0984E5C4
0E3952C0
23F34934

When i change it in my Masterie tree (1/1 to 0/1) the values go to 0 too.
When i change it back to (1/1) the values changing too to 1.

But i cant increase the value to 7 or 9.. That dont work. Why?
The other Masterie skills works with that.

Yeah, same thing here.

Changed the masterie inteligence 6% cd reduction to 10/3, friends can see it but didnt work in game

Idk, some seems to work like Brute Force (had + 35 AD level 1) and some doesnt...

As you may noticed they are currently fixing it and disabled ranked

Alright.
1. Download this little Script:[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2.Open cheat engine (Don't open the Script yet)
3.Select LolClient.exe
4.Value Type: Array of Bytes
5.Untick Writable below..
6. Search for 89 4A 14 8B 4D F0 89 0D
7.Couple of adresses will be shown.. Select the 4th adress from the bottom
8.Copy the adress (For example 16B1FCA2, Adress is always different after relogging..)
9.Now doubleclick the Script you downloaded above, it should open Cheat Engine with 2 Adresses at the bottom.(LOL Script - by Spudgy and Mastery Point)
10. Doubleclick <script> at LOL Script - by Spudgy
11. A new window should open
12. Replace dd 0 with dd 7
13. Replace BAADF00D with the adress you copied before ( 4th adress from bottom, remember??)
Note: There are 2 BAADF00D's.. you have to replace them with the adress you got earlier.
14. Now choose LolClient.exe on the Scripts Cheat Engine Window and Tick LOL Script - by Spudgy and add one point to Mastermind
Make sure you do not have negative mastery points on the left side.. else you wont be able to save

I'm stuck at 9th step

ChaosRain, i did it all, but when i choose lolclient on the script window and tick the Lol Script by Spudgy i still cant add points to mastermind

The Mastery Point value is '7', i should to tick it or no?

ur guide doesnt work ..

Requires 20 poins in utlity.. i still cant add points in MasterMind (followed all the steps)
