1. Is it official server?
2. where the video?
And next, as we see char is dead, is it? Try to fly etc. without any exception in game. Where the other players? It seems that the client was disconnected from server, if so, then you can fly, walk with extremely high speed and so on, but it's useless.
Run PWI client, make sure that the connection is established and fly... if you can :)

it is possible to change it but not with CE you would need to get a debugger like ollydbg and find the elementclient.exe and edit the info sent to the server from there or sumthing like that lol

There is a speed hack which is available through ce but it does interrupt with real-time game play.. Everything that you can hack would only be seen by you witch means that the values you send out are the same values that would be sent as if you weren't using any progs... Unless you have much experience in c++, visual basics, and computer programming you won't be able to do much as far as the 'hacking' part goes...
