VSRO Server Tutorial Video

I need to download all 3 files vSRO server files?
I did download all 3 and then try to extract the file and get error on all 3 files some where at 12% that the files is damge or something is wrong coz I won't let me to extract the whole file... Any help wourld be nice :)!

EDIT: now when i start globalmanager it doesnt start, just create a dump and crash..
