If it doesn't pop up, just inject the dll manually...
You can do it with processhacker for example :)

Can you me Help my S4 is Open obout the Injector dont starting?

For 64 bit users try to inject the dll file with process hacker when u are in loby
Process hacker>Miscellaneous>InjectDLL>ID managerv1.1.dll
Then folow the TuT
But dont forget to enter in bypass first

My computer is 64-bit and it workss for me withut problems

Try to donwnload [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] + ID changer

then put them both in s4 folder and start the luncher "S4_Launcher.exe"

I can't press on "activate" boutton can anybody help me ?______________?
