don't know but after patch i think region block is activated again damn T_T can somebody please confirm if its up because i cant get through time now here in ph is 10:29 pm 7:29 on there

its up but region block mechanism is preventing us to connect.
there's actually a popup message in there that tells u why u cant connect.

ps. u can drag and move the notification window to view the block message.

i saw that one but now im having trouble with proxpn and hss
hss : hangs up my computer when i try to connect T_T
proxpn: doesnt connect at all it says connected but its like i dont have internet connection

there is a way, but our accounts are blocked. try using other e-adds and dang. it says "no such account exist"
