I posted a screenshot on the previous page of the virus total scan link of your custom rxp file. But you did not answer to it. It had nothing to do with adblocking, I simply took the link of your file and scanned it on virus total, and it returned "Certego - Suspicious". That is all, no need to get all worked up and angry, I'm just reporting it just in case

So what does your screenshot show?

So I ask, how can you scan a file that has not been downloaded? Instead you are scanning the host.

As for did not answer it, because I did not know it.
As we all know here, new file and someone makes claims like this.

I have no issue people scanning the right file.
But at least scan the file and not the host.

Always assumed Virus Total was scanning the file through URL. Thanks for the answer, like I said in my first message, I was asking for clarification.

I just checked a reddit post regarding how Virus Total scan file, and it seems like you're right.

"If the link DIRECTLY goes to a file, then VT will process it like a file (30 GB is far over the filesize limit).

If your link goes to a webpage with a “download me” link or something similar, VT will not click links. VT will process the original link according to link rules for the different engines."

And I was indeed scanning the "download" page, and not the file itself.

As per your edit, no need to write a proper civil message and then change it to be more agressive, your first message unedited was completely fine and civil, again, no need to be all worked up, I asked for clarification, that is all. World is hostile enough to start fight for absolutely no reason, I did not "make claim", I asked if someone could check what it means, I literally said I didn't want to make assumptions. Take care out there.

Just like you did?

You made a claim that was not even factual.
Claims my file has a virus and do not even check what you scan.
Goes to reddit and who knows elsewhere, instead of downloading the file.

So to make it easier on yourself.

You have 2 easy options, actually scan anything you download.
Or do not download it.

If you cannot trust the uploader, then that goes both ways.
I never have posted a virus and people have done the same thing what you have but they were malicious.

RXP Guide says its 4.10.4

but ingame its on older version. Nearly nothing for midnight.

Can someone check?

So you want someone to check because you do not want to? With the update only being 2 words changed.

So it is so important that it is a 3 not a 4 because people trust a version number over content.

Worked fine for me, i used it for a bit, but went back to zygor.
RXP is much more performance friendly which is nice, zygor is...a hog...but after leveling i just leave it off lol

Great point, when all they are is a step guide and that is all.

Downloaded most recent update for RXP because it was missing adventure mode guide but its definitely missing all of the midnight guides now.

Well I had 2 options

Have the guides separate and no issues - Extract addon to addons and done. can update addons as much as people like. But people found that impossible.
Seeing people would extract my addon, to the RXP addon, to the Guides folder and complain it did not work.

But people instead, want the guides in the addon. Then causes a lot of issues as you mentioned. So people basically want it the hard way. So it takes longer to have it operational.

same issue as kapiq here, midnight guides are missing

i wish you'd go back to doing that, it was so much better. f the dumb people that cant install an addon without crying

Well been over a year and no one wanted it.
People wanted it in the addon and that is why updates are slow.

So im having an issue where, 1 Character shows All the guides, Then another shows none? For reference

No.... its missing Content. They updated it for Adventure Mode leveling in Midnight for alts, etc.

This it not available in the version linked in the Main Post. I just though it has to do with the Version, thats why i mentioned it. If its not possible to get it, im fine. You doing an amazing job.
