You’re right, internal cheats on Tarkov can get you banned fast, especially if they're not exploit-based. But there are also hybrid solutions combining internal and exploits to reduce risk. For example, Desync is an external cheat that's been on legit cheat lists for almost 2 years without any detections really stable and safe if you use it right.

I could be very wrong here, and please someone correct me if i'm wrong but I think you can only get Fanta through re-seller now? And I think only day keys unless that re-seller has old stock of longer keys
