Our protection does that, getting a new IP would get you white-listed fast another way just wait a few mins and they will refresh so you can log in. Not in our hands bud, seems like other owners don't like us that much and try to attack us ;d

99% of server are all spears and bows. Everybody buy and sells spears. No one is interested in bicheon. You should consider buffing Bicheon Foberious and allow more variety of classes besides spears and bows

After no replay from the admins on facebook i put in a report here.

Client having issue and should be fixed as soon as possible. Have to restart router to be able connect back in. That is a big issue. Not a single unique event i seen so far.

the mobs should be increased. Why ? Because if you try do a daily you meet people who do that to + people who plvl + levling up = There is rly rly low spawn rate and what should take around 30 mins - 1h takes alot longer because of the low spawn.
you using 2 gameservers or 3 that meanes you also have alot of space to increase the mob rate depending what area you running on the gameservers but should be enough space over to increase it. Can help you with querry if you need one.

Zerk. As only people who donate or active on all events can get blue zerk. You should add in least the captain title quest for level 90 so others who is not as lucky in the events and also not donating got a chanse for the blue zerk as we are getting under powered on uniques against people with that zerk.

We already buffed them a bit but seems like it is not enough so yea we will try to buff them more.

Also when i trying to login on site i only getting logout sucessful. even tho i not logged in. So how will i be able login on site if it just keep telling me logout sucessful even tho i not logged in ?

why there is butthurt about bowers dmg? what u expect when u are full int spear with garment? 0 phy def, bower is counter glass cannon dmg against nukers and u have to accept that fact or start gear up protector or s/s

when start my launcher and getting crash ? why ?? anyone help me ?
