So why are you not saying where you installed it to, what you are playing and what you extracted it with?

D:\Battle.net\World of Warcraft\_anniversary_\Interface\AddOns , where i extracted it to , i used the windows extractor , copied the folder RXPGuides from Download into the above mentioned path

I tell people not to use windows extractor because it does not fully extract a .rar

7zip is free.

Well I did have it in the first post.

okay, so i click on RXP custom addons ? and the download link is the version 4.10.1 ? a few post earlier it says 4.10.2. - just to be sure what file to use ...

Am I understanding it right - RXP will work for any versions of the game? or just classic versions?
Also it just work out of the box? Dont need to change some parameters?
