There was(or maybe is) a RP "exploit" which worked via fake bank/creditcard, they will give you the rp before they even got the money.
Problem is: The account gets banned pretty fast.
2nd Problem: You need an exploit so that you can buy skins/etc for other accounts, but even that is traceable for them and will end with your account being banned.

All in all its a exploit not worth using at all. Prayers to all the people who pay money for that

every single account is flagged if you use bgx

look at robur, they was long time "ud" then there was a big bannwave.

Riot flag the accounts, and ban later
