I don't think it should be unstickied. This was my first source, and its small bugs everywhere really taught my a lot about debugging. It being a mostly complete source also allowed me to focus my efforts on programming small features like npcs (which taught me about conditionals and C#'s function-class-namespace hierarchy). Sure, it's a pretty bad source, but I don't think we should unsticky this because of that. It's been a learning tool for a lot of people.
