The last paragraph you wrote I thought was very interesting. I'm not playing on any other server because I've realized Silkroad is a game that's no longer in its PRIME, and nobody can accept it because we like the game a lot. I would say at least half the time on the server you cannot find a party, and most people playing have their own guild/friend parties already. I just logged in nobody in Hotan nobody in Temple.Quote:

The server is not dead, yes, yesterday less people were on, so what? It happens. When I joined the server, it was on FW day and there were tons of Globals telling how fun this FW were and I saw a lot of people on HT and etc, got immediate help my many, and there were like 5-6 parties for the unique event only. 2 Weeks after I joined, the server was "dead" again, because less people were on for quite some time. You could do trades without fearing to face any thiefs because barely anyone was thiefing. 1-2 Weeks after, the server was full again, the FW was insanely fun (3 guilds batteling to the last second) and the Triangular Conflict was insane, with massive job wars and lots of thiefing.
This shit happens man, sometimes there are more on, sometimes less. Sometimes people got time, sometimes they dont. Sometimes some quit, sometimes many come. Just shut the fuck up about it, because those guys who say "lelelel darough doesnt do anything, not enough gold coins drops" and people like you who keep saying "server dead, silkroad offline" etc are the real reason we dont get enough members.
Go play your retarded pay2win system or bot 24/7 in iSro. Im gonna stay here and support this server and I encourage everybody to try it out and at least stay for 1-2 weeks.
P.S If I wanted a 24/7 bot server with pay 2 win I would not have even tried this server in the first place lol.

I would like to start by saying that i have bene with this server from the beginning, lately im somehow less active but that has to do with the fact that I am more busy in real life now and many of my friends are inactive, some are still active though!
But here is the point, if someone decides to quit, they always have to make it seem like the server is failing and this way they discourage the rest of the community, you could say this is the best way of destroying a server.
Then again, some new people join, some old people stay and a new community gets created, while if the old players would have stayed there would have been a bigger community with more fun and less ghost town moments.
And since it seems that almost every suggestion that has been done by players isnt a good one, or isnt nice enough according to the admins, nothing more will be done. And this bothers me the most, since I dont see any player recruiting actions from by the admins themself. Nezekan is doing a great job helping players with technical issues but come on... You know if it goes on like this its only a matter of time.
Still, it is only a sign of how good this server is that it is STILL alive.

If the server was not so inactive people would not have a reason to say it is inactive lol. If I bought a burger from the store, and I made a review saying the burger was bad how can the restaurant blame me for losing business? They can only blame themselves for making bad burgers. Dude, you are right. He is not to blame you, but he doesnt blame you because you critisize the server. He blames you, because you act like you want to help the server, try to propose changes, and act like you care about the well-being of the server. The thing is, you dont. By critisizing it negatively, you dont. And your comparison is wrong. If a burger tastes bad, you warn the rest, that the burger tastes bad. But Venture is not a burger (really, what a bad example), because venture gets better, if more people play on it. Therefore "warning" other people from joining the server is destructive.
You know, you've gotta be quite bold to come here and act on a moral highground, telling people that they wont reach anything in life, while having such twisted arguments. Why dont you just leave this thread and go "critisize" other servers? Fagget

I'd like to add that I don't blame anyone for any constructive criticism they might give, this is a part of the evolutionary process that makes venture what it is right now, but I do however blame people that seem like they want to help us, but later start sending out fallacious feedback, just because I don't want to waste time on ideas I do not see fit for this server. You need to understand that we can't add everything people suggest, not only is only half of it actually worth the trouble, some things may negatively interact, and some things are just impossible to add.
So all in all, we greatly appreciate any constructive criticism you might have, but be aware that mindless bashing will not lead to anything positive and will obviously be fended off.
