I guess if he is a real scammer, either you or others should start posting pics on a thread to prove it or an forum admin should need to look into it.

Why should an admin should need to look into it?
- To approve it, that he's either a scammer or no scammer.

ePvp should have some rules imo anyway related to selling services, approve by an admin or no selling/renting via epvp.
