i bought it today and i installed it.i logged in the game but in same time im banned. i cant play with it for 2 mins

Then you're using it wrong.

Are you doing something stupid like running your client directly? You HAVE to use chrome to launch the client or you will be banned instantly.

Follow the million instructions on their forum and you'll be just fine.

i can't download it into conquer file it said " unable to connect to update server " what can i do help plz

do u compensate the lost days when the bot is not fixed lets say for 2 days beacouse of restrictions or anything else that will make the bot not work?

Put it like this. Let's say you're a network administrator working for some company. You get your day-to-day salary for monitoring the servers and company computers. And you're OK with that.

One day, some malfunction at the electric installation burns out part of the switches, servers and computers. You can't be blamed for the disaster and you can restore everything to full functionality with a lot of work (let's say 1 week of hard work). So you start working on it, hard, day and night. After a few days, let's say 1 week, you're done, and everything works as before. You've been working over 16 hour in a day maybe to get things done. Again, this 1 week downtime can't be blamed on you, since the problems were triggered by an external factor.

After you have done all this, spent a lot of energy to bring things back into order, you're exhausted for working a lot of over-hours, the boss comes to you and says: I'm not going to pay you for this week, since the computers and servers didn't worked properly during this time. And it wasn't your fault that this things happened.

Sounds right to you I guess.

it is right for the employees but not for the buyers get it, i'm not an employee in ur example i'm a buyer and ofc i would want compensation

You didn't got it. And I'm not surprised that you failed to see it. Not that it matters though, restrictions were fixed.

You can always pick other bots and enjoy their excellent support. And while you enjoy them, get used to wait weeks for updates.

I see nothing wrong with their support. They provide plenty of information on the status of the bot, how risky it is to use currently and they have the track record to show that they fix their problems quickly and correctly.

Bitching about a few days of downtime (pocket change in value) is just being petty over nothing.

Too bad Chrome dosnt work right now .. lol spent $25 on a sub and its been 2 days since i bought it and havnt been able to use it yet .. Noone seems to be giving us any info on what happend and when itll be back up again soo ..

There is no bot working atm, after CO update 5735, due to changes in antibot and game security. And I personally responded to like 20 guys in Chrome chat and informed then about the problem. Also there are several topics in Chrome forum on the same problem, responded. Sorry if I didn't delivered a personal memo to you.
