Apologies if I am being very dumb here, but my RXP seems to only to 'TBC Speedrun 20-32'

I exctracted the 'Custom addon' one, 4.9.18 and put that into my addon folder and that doesn't seem to have tbc stuff in beyond 32 and the attunement/boost stuff

So you do not say if you had the addon before and deleted all files of the addon and the saved variables.

I had the addon downloaded from Curseforge, then pasted in the result of the extraction into that folder in my addons

Not had any previous version of RXP as this was a fresh install of WoW

Why would you download it from curseforge if I am providing the full file?

I provided the full file.
So instead of downloading the full file.
You downloaded from curseforge and then pasted mine on top and merged the file.

When you install software, do you merge it? Or uninstall it first and add a new?
When you install an addon, it deletes the old and adds the new.

So why would you download a trial and then download the same thing with the guides and merge it together and making it locked to free mode.

If you are provided with a full file. Why would you want to download half from curseforge, when the full is provided?

RXP was made for Classic 3.4 and above.
People are trying to use it on 3.3.5 Vanilla wrath, when it does not work.

So I do not understand your question of what 1 when there is only 1

Im having an issue with Zygor Anniversary. After updating from 8.1.35624 to 8.1.35703 the smart injection system dosent seem to work any longer. I did delete the addon and saved variables before instaling the new version
