For anyone trying to get the RXP guide to work in TBC anniversary, download the "Custom Addon" option under RXP on the first page of this thread. Then, extract that file into your ADDONS folder. This is a custom version of RXP, not a guide to insert into the free version of RXP. Not sure why it was so hard for OP to explain this.

It goes in add-ons
How hard is that to do?

People know what to do and when they intentionally do it wrong. What does that say about them?

It's not difficult. The problem is that not everyone knows/understands that a new folder with a new list of add-ons has been created for Anniversary.

So, for it to work as my colleague wrote above, you need to put RestedEXP Custom Addon in the appropriate folder:

In my case: C:\Program Files (x86)\World of Warcraft\_anniversary_\Interface\AddOns

Well people know they are playing anniversary so it goes in anniversary, it is self explanatory.

But then people were playing anniversary era, and then load the Era client. Add addons to Era client. Then add my file in MOP classic and wonders why it did not show in game.

The issue is, some people put RXP inside RXP, for some reason they do not want to say.
Or install it from curseforge, create saved variables and make the addon locked to free mode. Add mine on top and then merge, then wonder why it does not work.

But when saying, delete the saved variables, so it is not locked to free mode. Someone classed that as sarcasm. :confused:

You use multi accounts so you can claim the file doesn’t work so people don’t use it. Is that why people are pissed about your affiliates? That they keep selling what don’t work.

People know to extract to add-on
People know to delete the saved variables
If they do not want to do that, then they cause a problem just like you do.
You are only here to prevent the add-on from being posted. Then you will swap accounts and start trolling again.

I would also be interested in Gold Making guides especially TSM Profiles / Groups, just to add to this.

So when I ask what gold guides people don’t say. But if they do, it’s something I don’t have and don’t expect me to pay for it for something. I don’t even use it for free.

TSM profiles the paid ones I don’t even have.

There are many TSM groups on their site. But people expect me. To go to that site and re-post the information here and then don’t use it.

But instead of a 30 second video. That shows the exact gold farm. People will say that’s too much for their attention span.

So they won that information put into a PDF with less information and less content. Then for it to be sold online. So someone else can buy it and then share it. Information that was already public, but then sold and then made public again.

That’s basically the rundown when people want a gold guide.

But when I posted over 400 resources. That were YouTube channels sites and farms. People wanted them. But because it was in the PDF no one used it. So they got removed years ago. Then someone said repost it and I did. In 18 months no one clicked any links so I got removed again.

You and your multi accounts are on here because.

You do not want the files posted.
You will do anything to not have the files posted.
You will make people believe the files do not work. So no one will use them.
But the problem is with the people you work for.
Is it really the high cost? Or they expect people to pay for something that they know is broken.

Anniversary link is 7 versions behind, not what could be considered the "tiny update".
