i'm really considering this. Did they make a typo and write 2.5% instead of 25% in the chance to get from +3 to +4? I spent 450 weapon elixirs and god knows how many lucky stones (even using them to get from +3 to +4) to get a +7. Got nuffin'. Failed once from +6 to +7, but like 100 times, i failed from +3 to +4 with lucky stones (using lucky powder and dress, no flag though). Is it really 25%?

(yes, i know that for some guys 450 elixirs is pretty much nothing because you spend money in the game and shit, but for me it was some days of work to end up not getting a +7. I thought it would be really easy to get when i saw the rates on the lucky powder! 25%/20% sounds really easy, but hell... was i wrong.)

Please consider lowering npc thieves spawn rate its fucking the trade if you solo or even if your lost in the caravan and we can never kill player thieves with all these thieves on us
