Strange. Make sure you untick the little box before the "Remember Me?" text. If you are always logged in it won't work.
So what you gotta do is start the Id Changer, log into your epvp account and after a few seconds the Continue button should be clickable.

Hey guys :) after i chance the IDS from the items, and i want to go ingame it the game error : onnection with the Gameserver has been terminated

Did you exit to to the server window and then went back in?
For the ID's to be correctly swapped you gotta do that.
Also, after you go back make sure you save the set, unequip all your swapped items, then load the set and go into the lobby. That way it should work without a problem.
Then again, all this stuff is better explained in the first post by the OP.
