How can only a few take advantage of this? Anyone who can enter temple can do this, and if you choose not to that's your own fault. I found a lot of people were blaming scrolls when they got owned at Fortress War, but let me remind you that we were running into dance parties + full buffs with moons, and +5. Everyone was complaining scrolls made them lose FW, but it was lack of team work, and good party setting/gear, but hey just my opinion. The reward is out there you just have to go get it!, and if you don't you can only blame yourself. You're the ONLY person who stands in the way of your success in real life, and in games it applies to everything..
