So exactly what does the red X's mean when you start PSMServer_Mgr.exe after rebooting during the install process.

Understanding why the red X's versus the green bars might help me figure out why this isn't working this time.

Thanks,

Pete

I do not have a dedicated server, will I work?

if you have the red crosses after reboot go ion the server/PSM_client.

rung both PSM_AgentInstall, then PSM_ServiceMgr and install all of them. do not start, just install. then do the rest (do not install ps_gamewar)

yes it will. but your sql need to have sql browser activated for it to work. you enable that under the installation

Thanks for all the help. I got her back up and running today. Did another complete uninstall and reinstall, and that seemed to do the trick.

I would still like to know what the red X's means in the PSMServer_Mgr.exe

they are not installed if you have the red x. could be that one or more older installations was messing up then good to know that your back online tho:-)
