Small comment from my side:
Honestly, how can you think that stuff is legal or if it is, that it will stay legal? As soon as Wemade checks on that project and decides to claim the money which belongs to them, the same thing will happen as we saw at ecsro. Wemade clearly is on the legal side and every neutral person will agree that emulating an mmo is nothing else but stealing data and money from a company. If this bug stuff turns out good in the end I'm sure that server will survive for some time but after a certain limit has been reached problems will occur without doubt.

so you are saying wemade has made copyright for every line of code that sro db has? coz i don't think so.And no one said it's legal and i don't think it's legal

but i saw this project was on since 1-2 year and they worked hard for it

But i will support them and play server because they made it

I dont blame them for long inspection for a bug

And i think now zszc and pax and some people now trying to make this server closed

Seriously look at it as a non gamer. There is that game you can play on official servers. That game has been created with thousands and thousands of hours spent on programming it and hell of a lot of money has been invested into development and advertisement. Then there is some crew that provides the very same game as you clearly can see without the permission from the creator of the game. As a judge or as someone who is able to decide on laws and how they look like: Who is right in this case?

100% right.Only naive peoples or kids can think private server are legal. Every private server are illegal, but not everyone will get sued. International lawsuit cost much money, investigation, lawayers and so on. Only biggest servers after earn much money will get sued. Only non commercial private servers can not afraid of sue.

Only way to be "save" its get donation just for root server(without any multitransactions in game). Zelos its team of peoples who wants money and nothing more. Of curse zelos fail because not enought skills to make real server, i bet soon they will try to sell files.

They will sell the files if they can't fix the bugs, cuz if they can, well.. it will be a nice server ( for an emulator ).

@Maciupka... You were the one supporting pax.. You should shut up because your PAX is the one wanting money because he asks MONEY for the files HE DIDNT CODE and for an INCOMPLETE emu.. 300USD for 1 year updates? in 1 year it will be like a few bugs fixed.. not even teleport worked well...

Anyways ofc it is illegal.. but most of you guys are whining how sro doesnt have a PSERVER so why not support the ones who are trying then just troll and fuck around... YOU OBVIOUSLY DONT KNOW WHAT IT COSTS TO CODE A SERVER... Oh ye you know just ask pax.. he will give you for 300USD and with your info being sent to his pc, lol do me a favor and leave this thread if you fail to understand what Zelos is trying to do.

first of all , Zelos is the first real project.underconstruction server out here after the failure to gain an Emu.project.Open.source For our community.

wont talk about the old days and fight that only leaded us to An Beta Emu to show up the skills and give any running project - thought that leaded to dead end just by getting infected.

advanced other words the Owner control the Market JoyMax can get other's shut down just by MODIFICATION the TERMS of use !!.

nop you can not competition Your self ,that's why for there benefits even to have New competitors all time long .

whom do best results by balance between service & funds & most important Self-control win

How can Test,debug wihtout Laboratories,Testers and get reports for bugs and so on ? that's why they say BETA-Open ! even after official open always be debug,reports.
