i now can start it but it doesnt work for me... where i gotta extract it?

I have the same problem as all of these people. It says that I'm an Intern Trojan with 15 silvers.. O_o. And I'm a level 83 archer. Oh, and it won't make me jump any faster xD.

duznt work for me.. i tried installing frameset and it was already installed.. and it just wont run. says it has an error
