COtrainer v2.3

hey, how do i run it?
i downloaded it and get a .rar file
and now i don't understand how to use the program T~T

well, .rar is a filetype kinda like .zip. it zips up several files into one file to make it easier to be transported. to open it, download a program called winrar from [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. after you install it, unzip all the files from within the folder at a certain location. read the readme file and it should work out fine.

But if your having troubles even downloading COtrainer v2.3, you probably won't be able to figure out COpartner.
