CO2swap - 1.30 for v4334+(Development Thread)

129 not working for me either. Makes an empty Data folder, then shows the correct number of clients, but has them all as [Not Logged In] when they are. It does switch clients, but does not show name, level, xp%, etc.

hmm i havent had any problems, try hitting the R for refresh and double check your config too. or redownload using another browser if ya can, perhaps you got a corrupt file. it happens once in a while.

Interesting, I downloaded to another machine and it worked fine. So I copied that to the machine that wasn't working and it still didn't work. They're both XP SP2 and 127/128 was working fine before.

Could be config files try copying just the
swap exe file to a new directory and see if that works.

I am having problems with 129. The old 128 works fine with the year backdated, but the new version is glitchy. It messes up with my microsoft explorer mouse which I was able to use fine with 128. I can switch pages with 129 at all. I m not sure if all the ' fixes' were for the better since 128 was pretty perfect, the only thing that didnt work was the date change to 2007.

So, im going back to 128 until 129 is working better i guess.

Am I the only one having problems with 129?

Weird I didn't change anything that would effect the mouse in 1.29,
what does it do ?

Anyone else having issues with this version ?

Well I found it doesn't like to save for names with a star * in it.
I get the error message of, Can't Save Setting To Char Ini File - Bad file name or number. Hope you can fix. have many manes with this in it. 1.2.8 worked with the names with star * in it.
I get the same error when trying to save the config for thre program too.

ah yeah sorry I screwed up the file name filters, was in a bit of rush in getting this version out, will release a new version as soon as I make sure there aren't any other problems.

I really don't know what to tell you, I just can tell you the difference between the two, figure feedback would help. I am happy with either of them working to be honest it makes my life much easier in game, thanks.

joek, any progress with those filters? or any changes on the 2007 version?

Also, I found out that while using the 2006 version, I change the date on my pc, start Swap, open up all my clients, then change it back to 2007, it works fine that way (for those of you who had problems changing the date)

This will fix the character name to file name translation problem.
Check main settings and each characters settings when run the first time.

Feedback on the latest version, anyone ?

PS. Is it my imagination or is the game practically dead except for a few hardcores ?

Working great now joek! Saves all names, even ones with funny cheracters in them. One thing though, I still have to click on R Manual Refresh to see new clients that I open. But I can live with that. Is nice to be all to use CO2Swap again.
One question I should have asked along time ago is what is Additional title names used for? Haven't even tried it yet. But is it for if I renamed the client with a renamer?

I too have to click on R to get new clients to appear. Also, when I choose a different font size, it isn't changing.
