Hey, sorry if my message was unclear. I want to address this properly.
The reason I asked for the ticket name is so that it can be located faster, and escalated to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Given what you’ve written, I understand the frustration. At the same time, after checking our tickets, I can’t currently find any ticket that has been open without updates for over a month, which is why having the ticket name's important. I want to make sure nothing has been missed.
If the problem turns out to be on our side, a refund is absolutely an option. I’ve already received confirmation and authorization for that, so we can move forward once we have verified that you are indeed a customer. We're not trying to avoid responsibility, my goal is to get your situation resolved as fast as possible.

Hey, I honestly think this is a bit unfair. You were given your first and only firmware by us in November. I'm also told that you were informed that a Windows reinstall might be required for it to function properly, and to my knowledge that hasn’t been done. It’s also been brought to my attention by the developer that after the initial testing in November or early December, you haven’t attempted to set the firmware up again.
Regarding the setup issues: the firmware type you were given is the only one where setup can be tricky and may require a Windows reinstall. Otherwise, when the setup is configured correctly for DMA, the firmwares are generally flash and play, sometimes requiring a driver installation depending on the device provided. This driver installation applies to the current Basic and T3/Sub firmwares.
