You can add his Discord, .vt_d

He opens his Discord every few months to accept new customers for basic firmware, but getting into a premium firmware slot is extremely unlikely. A slot only becomes available if someone drops one, which I’ve seen happen once in over two years. Even then, you have to go through an interview process, provide financial statements to prove you can afford it, and be chosen over other candidates.

scammed 3x (Mavis- got ratted and lost accounts and information And after failure they installed ekknod for 300$ (didnt know what ekknod was till now, Vortex- Stopped working and no support (over a week), Stella - FW i purchased was supposed to work for FN (100$ A MONTH Sub)and its blocked... been 15 days and support talks to me twice in 1-2 days and nothing gets fixed... They gave me a new FW And now i cant even play bf6 due to FW not letting card Initialize now.. (Atleast i could play Battlefield prior to this new fw they sent).. So now im sitting here with a Dma card and no FW cuz stella is run by 1 guy and has no time to give support.. so back to the drawing board again.. yay

Mavis ratted you with a DMA card? Just a DMA card? A cheating device without an any program?

DMA Firmware Tier List

S Tier
- Stella (#1 Pick, nobody comes close)
- CyberAmmo (#2 Pick, significantly more pooled)

A Tier
- iThaClan
- Mavis

B Tier
- Ekknod WiFi (Free)

C Tier
- Cypros
- Phoenix Labs
- Duck's Services
- Cheesy's Products

I removed the links since not all of them have an EPvP backlink. If you need their sites or Discords, I can DM them to you.

Edit: Although I listed Ducks, Cheesy, and Phoenix Labs in C tier, that doesn’t mean their firmware is bad - it is fine for games like COD, EFT, BF6. The only reason they’re lower is because they’re resellers. Everyone in S tier and A tier are firmware developers who specialize in anti-cheats rather than producing mass firmware for general sale.

It’s most likely related to the issues you ran into while flashing your MAKCU.
hi i just got my fw and ive been looking around and reading through a bunch of your threads, etc i see that you have stella crossed out in almost all of them if you could dm me your current list i would be very grateful and also a little curious about what happened with stella. I see that you also rec skate now too?

Then there were the holidays. In my opinion it would have been enough to ask for information about the buyer's hardware, or in the inability to manage orders simply not to take any more orders. today i don't know when the problem will be solved.
Hey, as stated in my initial message, please provide your ticket name here or via PM so I can forward it as urgent and help get it resolved as soon as possible. I currently don’t have enough information to identify your ticket, so once you share the details, I’ll take care of escalating it.

Hey, please send me your ticket name via PM or post it here so I can forward it as an urgent case and help get it addressed as soon as possible. We’ve had some internal issues recently, but these are being resolved. Additionally, as William announced last night, we’ve implemented major upgrades on our side that should significantly improve both the purchasing & replacement process and support response times going forward.

Depending on the package, there’s a self-service tool that lets you rebuild your existing firmware if it ever gets blocked, or if you simply want to stay ahead of a potential block.

It’s easily the best firmware I’ve ever used. I’ve been on it for about 2–3 years and have only been blocked once in Valorant, never in Fortnite. The downside is the price, and if you miss a renewal month, you lose your slot. Given that almost nobody ever leaves, you’re basically not getting back in, lol.

I left Shock’s Discord a while ago after he stopped being able to reliably avoid EAC blocks. The firmware was solid before EAC made improvements, but at this point it’s really only worth using at the basic level. For the price, there are better and cheaper alternatives available.
What in the AI slop

Excuse me, but I don't think a "professional" service escales based on whether someone complains on a forum or not. As of today, I consider Stella a scam. The products I received don't work, it's been a month now, and nothing has been changed, not even reassurances. It seems like they're preparing for an exit scam.

It’s definitely odd that most people I know, myself included, ran into serious setup issues, while a few others reported getting EAC blocks within just a few days.

Hopefully whatever issues they’re dealing with can be resolved and everyone who paid for the firmware can get up and running.

Hey, sorry if my message was unclear. I want to address this properly.

The reason I asked for the ticket name is so that it can be located faster, and escalated to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Given what you’ve written, I understand the frustration. At the same time, after checking our tickets, I can’t currently find any ticket that has been open without updates for over a month, which is why having the ticket name's important. I want to make sure nothing has been missed.

If the problem turns out to be on our side, a refund is absolutely an option. I’ve already received confirmation and authorization for that, so we can move forward once we have verified that you are indeed a customer. We're not trying to avoid responsibility, my goal is to get your situation resolved as fast as possible.

Hey, I honestly think this is a bit unfair. You were given your first and only firmware by us in November. I'm also told that you were informed that a Windows reinstall might be required for it to function properly, and to my knowledge that hasn’t been done. It’s also been brought to my attention by the developer that after the initial testing in November or early December, you haven’t attempted to set the firmware up again.

Regarding the setup issues: the firmware type you were given is the only one where setup can be tricky and may require a Windows reinstall. Otherwise, when the setup is configured correctly for DMA, the firmwares are generally flash and play, sometimes requiring a driver installation depending on the device provided. This driver installation applies to the current Basic and T3/Sub firmwares.

I asked to solve the problem every day, for first/second week than asked very 2/3 day. On your part, the replies have always been few and far between, and very slow, even after 2/3 days and even a week, and I haven't managed to have a continuous chat; all the messages are sporadic. The replies have always been, "I haven't had time," "vacation," "I'll look at it tomorrow evening," "re-flash," then you realized after 15 days that the problem was the motherboard. In all this, the FM doesn't work, I haven't had a replacement, I haven't had any communications regarding resolution times, but you continue to take purchase orders.

We acknowledge that our communication was slower and more inconsistent than it should have been, and that’s on us. As mentioned previously, including earlier in this thread, we’ve had internal issues that unfortunately impacted response times in cases like this.

As stated earlier, if the issue is on our side a refund is authorized. To move forward with a replacement or refund, I just need the ticket name or purchase details so I can find it. At this time, I’m unable to find a ticket matching your description, which is why I’m asking for it. Once we have it, we can resolve this without further delay. I am sure that all of us are interested in resolving this matter as quickly as possible, all I need is to know your ticket name so I can forward it higher.

Personally, I wouldn't mess with Stella.
Their staff is like schoolchildren, constantly making excuses like "I'll be busy this week," "I'll be out of town this week," "I hurt my arm today", 'I'm on vacation this week".
Their product may be good, but the headache isn't worth it.

At this point I agree with you, I've been tossing around the idea of switching to them for a while now but with the dev constantly going on vacation, getting injured, being busy or whatever the new excuse will be tomorrow. As well as 3 staff members leaving at the same time just gives exit scam vibes to me personally.

I also just noticed they that apparently the dev injured their hand and won't be able to send out firmware today lol

With their T3 fw getting blocked recently and it taking them forever to replace it, and all the issues after it just isn't worth the hassle even if they arent trying to exit scam.

With the amount of money they are asking they need to provide a much better service then they currently are, I personally won't be going anywhere near them in the future unless this changes.
