First and foremost, you left the server without any prior notice or discussion. This alone raises serious questions about your credibility. A genuine customer facing such a supposedly "tragic" issue would have at least reached out to the provider before making such a drastic move.
Nevertheless, let’s move forward and examine your other actions to determine just how genuine your claims really are.
If we analyze the logs and the exact timing of events, we notice something quite interesting. Your so-called 1-hour test was actually squeezed into just 15 minutes. Unless you own a time machine, this simply doesn’t add up.

To clarify, you injected the cheat only once, and that injection was successful. However, it happened right at the end of your trial period. If you had truly played for over 15 minutes, the system would have automatically kicked you out by then.
Additionally, I’d like to remind you that we recently had a major system rework with considerable downtime. We had no reason to rush back online, nor any incentive to conceal detection mechanisms. Our previous interactions, combined with the fact that we have no other users reporting similar issues, should make it clear that we have no reason to lie or cover anything up.
So, considering all the facts, either you’re the unluckiest person alive, or you should consider selling that time machine of yours.
In short, your claims simply don’t add up. While we are always committed to addressing any issues or detections, in this case, we can confidently say that your review lacks credibility. The facts and logs contradict your statements, and no other users have reported similar issues.

We appreciate your interest, but unfortunately, due to the influx of trolls, usually from competitors, (one above) we have to be cautious with trial access. Given that many other providers, including some "legit-focused" ones, just suffered a major ban waves, it’s no surprise that a large number of their users are now looking for a trustworthy alternative and these providers are scared that they lose customers.
With that said, unfortunately we can’t provide a trial in your case, as there’s a possibility of fraudulent intent. We always aim to support the EPVP community with trials for genuine users, but when you’re the best on the market, some competitors resort to desperate tactics to discredit you, like this.
If you’re serious about security and reliability, we suggest checking feedback from long-term users and trying out the 1-day key for yourself. Unlike other providers who recently got hit and are now scrambling to cover up detections, we have nothing to hide. We’re here for the long run, and transparency has always been our priority and this regard I can confirm happily that currently we are fully undetected.
It’s also important, that to understand the bigger picture, keep in mind that most of these other providers lack proper features, a solid menu, or even decent compatibility. The only thing they’ve ever relied on was their so-called “security,” and now that it’s gone, their weaknesses are becoming more obvious. They’re afraid that new cheat users will start looking elsewhere and finally see through their smoke and mirrors, realizing that these so-called “undetected” cheats were never special to begin with.
The reality is simple: any provider can get detected if the anti-cheat puts in the real effort. Nobody is bulletproof in the long run, and we’ve seen provider after provider go down over time. That’s why it’s crucial to choose a provider that doesn’t lie to you or hide behind false claims.
