Summary
Wouldn't recommend there apex product. Also didnt know they are resellers if i did would have gone to the source but they advertise it as if its there own product.

Having the same issue
-REP for Unnamed "support", had to wait like 2 weeks after purchasing because it was on update, then i could not even try it because I am getting bootkit errors. Support was not helpful at all. In fact they went radio silence after they could not help. All steps were followed and Issue is clearly on their side since NEVER any Apex chair gave me issues.
Unnamed, you said your support is fast no need to lie blah blah, explain then why I got ignored for over 19 hours :facepalm:
Lol I knew the mods would try to delete this despite being given proof of purchase. I was wondering why this thread has so little negative reviews, I got my answer and good that I save the reviews reposting. Edit: this review is for their support, not their chair as I can not review it if it does not work
