I liked Code Explosion's speedhack. His was made in C++ via a Dos Console and it would auto-apply the speedhack every 100ms. That way if you are using the speedhack and activate Superman... 100ms later you will be seeding again. To bad the site isn't still up. Alot of good works he had there.
