Purchased proofcore days after their website clearly said windows 11 supported and win 23H2 supported. Turns out 23H2 is not supported despite what the website said. I asked for a refund and the extremely rude child of a support just said it wasn’t an issue on their end and “you should have asked before purchasing” and “goodbye”. Proceeded to close my ticket and that’s it. In what world does it make sense that a consumer is expected to seek clarification for something that is perfectly outlined on the product description. This is just pure misadvertisement and the definition of an issue on their end.

Xenos was nice when he was replying to my issues prior but god was the mod unprofessional and a jackass. Completely unacceptable considering the good reputation of the brand.

Hello! I'm here to share my (negative) experience with proofcore.

I bought a 30 days key, the payment is CRYPTO ONLY, I want to mention that I didn't know that before registering and sharing my ID card photos to verify my information. You can pay by credit card but for 20$ more to a reseller so yeah, it's not worth it.

Even with those things, I still wanted to buy and try it out. I had a problem with the crypto payment because they didn't specified what network the transaction should be on and I have created a ticket to find this out because if I sent on a network that their account was not using the money would be lost and nobody would have them. Since I have created the ticket, there were 3 admins online all of them playing video games. One of them who was a trial admin tried to help me but had no idea about crypto so I respect his initiative, but the other 2 replied to my ticket after ~1h30m and started to complain that I have pinged him on the ticket and started to be rude because I was asking a question to ACTUALLY PAY.

After all of this, all he said was that I have to ask my Crypto provider for the transaction network which was 0 sense because I needed to know their wallet crypto network NOT MINE.

After 2 hours, the owner (i think) replied to the ticket and was very friendly and help me (Xenos by his name so thumbs up for Xenos gg). After the payment, I was checking compatibility and they said that windows 10 with 22h2 is accepted but 23h2 is not, also they said on their forum that Windows 11 is accepted (without specifing any version) so I have updated my windows to 11. After the update, I made a ticket for hwid change where nobody answered and then I made a ticket again on discord. I told them that I have updated my windows and now I have 11 23H2 and guess what, a moderator told me that it's not working and I have to reinstall my windows. I would have appreciated that before when I lost 1h to update my windows 10 to 11. I have asked the discord moderators if they can help me to go back on the windows maybe I have a 22H2 version because I didn't know how exactly to do that and one of them told me that he can't help me (meanwhile he was playing a video game on discord).

The professionalism is just 1/10, a bunch of kids with moderator jobs, taking payments and offering close to 0 value for their customers. RESPECT for Xenos, xsuperwursti and Silverback, they were the only friendly guys there but sadly they are not that active so the others are doing it with the worst behaviour I ever saw.

If a user has an issue they open at ticket and provide a log file.
You refused to provide your log file.

No one else has reported any crashing with dayz in a ticket.

You were banned from the discord for breach of the rules, being rude to staff and breaching the terms.

i always used proofcore, never ever got detected by BATTLEYE, i only received manual ban from admins of server
