Yes it is released now.

15 for standard
25 for VIP

But it is only in the VIP MW2019 menu right now, Vanguard is free for 2 days for that. In 48 hours it will be for sale.

after the 2 days, will it be included in the mw cheat too? Or is it going to be it's own cheat. That way I can just buy it right now and continue using it after the 2 days

lol what refund they took the money and ran away. Best thing you can do is contest it with your bank and charge it back. For the unfortunate souls which got lifetime and paid with crypto my condolences, I feel sorry for them they got scammed really bad.
