Hello eltankezz,

Please make sure the installer itself is located on a local hard drive, not a network drive. Please also keep the destination folder default (better not change). If it still does not work, I would right click on the installer and select "Run as administrator".

Please let me know if this solves the problem.

Managed to install it when putting the installation.exe in Local Drive. Now I've the problem of CefSharp etc.. Ive installed vcredist and no quarantine.. Nerus worked fine before unity

For any error related to CefSharp the usual solution is to download and install [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
