i use it some time, it dont works 2 weeks or so after the PUBG Update but right know it works fine. But some People say there dont get email support.

no because with new anticheat it's possible to launch if you have Redshade.
And I can launch it... Like that it's just a crash because bypass it's not Updated

I still use it , and it works very good :) Recoil, No Grass , Big Ball .. perfecto :) but never cheat on your main acc. ! Greatings
