bow int ks all int uniques, bow str ks all str uniques.

bow str/int already have a huge dmg no need to play in the skills we need old school not weird new one

they just wrote on discord that the passive skill is restricted to STR to give them the chance to compete with other builds so INTS will not be able to use it so it's still equal for ints when it comes to uniques .
