Only thing you can do is keep force closing it and keep trying. It might have something to do with the website connection or something. I was having the same problem but it turned out it was the website.

Go to C:\Users\(your pc name)\AppData\Roaming and create A IDM folder

Change a FP colored item that you already have in your inventory. Hacked items also appear with that color.
