For some unknown reason I can't unpack af.cpl from the .zip archive, both Winrar and Windoze explorer report an error in this file.
Any AV (Avast, Windoze Defender) is disabled. The bump file is unpacked without problem.

Is there a way to get it with installing a myriad of other packprogs cluttering up my system?

EDIT: I assume it's because the .zip compression used is not a highly compatible mode which is supported by Win explorer and Winrar, in details it shows version 6.33. Compression made with Win explorer or winrar shows version 2.0

I don't like 7zip and I hate it's non-compatible zips. 7-zip compression is great though.
