Lol im sorry this might seem noobish but I dont see Cheat engine anywhere. I downloaded the file got winrar opened up and I have "iBot" opened up but I dont see cheat engine...

cheat engine is another program. you should be familiar of it when you are a cheater. Lol. Try to Google it.
