hi, the account i recived did not work...says its wrong password? I added you on skype but no answer!

3 hours so far yet i have not received any account. I sent an Email determining an update on what is going on and i got no response. I attempted to add on Skype and i was declined. Paid via Paypal have confirmation/receipt and I'm now at a $15 dollars loss due to being scammed.
