RF online 2.2.3 Dual Log in Tutorial (universal)

I know i am going to sound stupid but what’s the benefits for dual log in?????????

but when i run it... the launcher became a different language.. korean i think...

please help me out...

btw.. im using windows vista...

I haven't read the whole history of this topic so I'm not sure if you have tried reinstalling the client again.

Anyways I have the same problem as you before, what I did I removed the launcher and placed it on the desktop. the I did the run as and it all went ok. Btw my previous system is windows XP black << pirated and I have a object dock which causes the korean langauge on my other pc but it's all sorted now..

Guys any idea about how to dual login in win 7, run as is not a problem on the win 7 just the hiding itself. Any advised will be appreciated. thnx

sir.. ive tried reinstalling the rf ph but still... when run in run as different user... it turns out in some other language which i cant hardly understand.. please i need some help here... im running windows vista...
