thx.
Look as far as I know or seen around this thread or on the poor translation from code175, you need to add a NAT adapter in the vmware image.Quote:
I rly Hate this VMware Image...
First try on my PC all works but the fcking 192.exe doesnt work.
Second try on my first Root Server same like the first try all working but the 192.exe doesnt work -.-
Now my last try with my US Root Server! I hope it works there...
8x3,2 Ghz
2x2k Tb Harddisk
32GB RAM
US IP
I used all the time a German IP maybe thats why it doesnt work ?
Any tricks how i get the 192.exe get working ? This is the last one i need to succefull Start the Server...
Do you mean i have to make a new VMware ? Or still the CH VMware and doesnt change something ?Quote:
The 192.exe is locked to run only on the unatered vmware image.
I mean, you can change a few things but you still have to run it on your vmware.
To connect to the game from your normal OS do this:
1. Add a nat adapter to the vmware
2. Start -> Cmd -> ipconfig
There will be 2 Network adapters there
One used by the game to connect internally ( 192.168.0.175 )
And the one you added.
The ip from the second one you added is the ip you can use to connect to the game.
I already add a NAT Adapter but it didnt Start...Quote:

So basicaly you just ADD not remove or modify anything. You add a new adapter with NAT. Might work, might not. It never worked for me and never will I guess. :bandit:
Go to your VM change your network adapter settings to use 192.168.0.0 as the default gateway. The guys over at code175 have hardcoded relaycom to use only that subnet to identify itself. I'm not entirely sure. Get back if it works.Quote:
