oohhhh look at that , instead of giving me a straight up answer you change the the topic.I am not saying i dont like play 9d as a matter of fact i love it i think i almost spent like 300$ on it.im just saying will the bug be removed in the future , are you working on it ?, or are you doing nothing.
Spend about 5 minutes researching on Play9D forums or here and you'll figure out why it wasn't fixed and can't be eventually fixed until the files are completely renewed. The party bug is an issue caused by a programming fault which didn't happen on officials because their CCU is distributed over different machines (max few zones per machine, where we don't have tons of money because we aren't a legal official publisher like they are. So we have only a few servers and zones are hosted on the same machines as everything else).
The band bug as far as we know is caused due to a client mismatch issue, which also isn't solvable unless you have the client development tools or are willing to spend time reverse engineering and unpacking the entire client, coding various hooks in order to globally fix it.
In a tl;dr version, we don't have the latest resources needed to fix these bugs. We aren't the games official developer, nor we (obviously) get support from them as we're an illegal private server.
If you spend a few seconds thinking, you realize we win nothing from not fixing bugs. Less bugs and more content = more people which is more money. We have no moral/work reason to not fix bugs, as I said the only reason is actual lack of resources.
And you're probably thinking, why wouldn't warv0x steal the latest source or client modification tools. It's simply because he lost interest in 9Dragons for quite a few months now and he doesn't care about Play9D. It's not his first, nor his last game and he has plenty of other games to work on which are way more profitable than 9Dragons would ever be. And I've said the above probably a million times to people who are too lazy to spend a few minutes researching old posts, just like you.
Do you understand why I ignore you now?
