I think you need to check your IP on that DB config.

may be those who had succeed can help you more. :D

@Bingo No problem table.xml is in /etc folder on Linux or you can go to /home/BOI/authd/build and its in there

You edit the username and pass to your mssql name and password also you put your windows IP in place of Axel's.
