i have one question, where can i change [GM] message?

k did i do some thing wrong? i moded the shell.dat and shell.ini also config and any others i found with the ipadress. but it still saying server mantaince or internet congestion. now remind u im new to this so yea only thing i have runing is winmysqladmin.exe now is that the only thing i need to run or do i need some thing else?

plus if i can get this server going i can begain with the last tq stuff my freind gave me. plus guys/girl Pally has alot more skills and better looking gears. also the warrior swords looks like katanas and well sadly not to my knowlage mage has same look staffs. also alot more items to try out ! also new garments. i can veiw them throuw Xnviewer but i still dont kno how to step it up.

I have download this same file 3 times... And the file ever corrupt.

REPLY FASTTT!! pleaese!! PLOX. my server runs fine but then o log off for a while then when i log back on it says server interuppted then when i make a new account with navi cat it does the same thing please help
