i think she will die cuz jiraya and orochimaru are alrdy dead but im not sure what it means for the war :/ after naruto heard tsunade gets killed by "sasuke/tobi/kabuto" he will activate his rage modus and kill all on his way :D

i think tsunade dead vs madara and the war end Sasuke come back Konaha and Naruto are the new hokage :)^^
